Fluid change issue/rattle noise

Okay I had a lil trouble labeling this topic....I have an 02 trans am ws6 with a 4l60e trans I have just completed changing the fluid in it as well as changing the filter. After I was done I let it idle and warm up and than cycled each through the gears at idle each for a few mins and than took it for a test drive everything was fine. Later in the evening I took it out for a longer ride as I was waiting in a drive thru I heard a faint metallic clunking/rattling/banging like my exhaust was hitting something but its only really audible in the car in park and neutral. Does anyone know what this might be ?

potential cracked flexplate ? 99s' and later,because of a design change,are notorious for that.

is their a way to make sure ? without taking the transmission out ?

its pretty faint with my phone but here is a video you can hear it in the background this is me just stretching my arm under the car

okay its not the flexplate because i checked it .....the sound still remains :/

You might want to use a mechanics stethoscope ($10?) to try and locate the source.
Any chance something is loose inside the trans pan? Like the brass filter seal?
