Default Hesitation in 1st gear start?

I have been having problems with my car burning up 3 and 4. I have just had all the clutches replaced, a manual valve body put in, and it is vacume controlled. When you pull the stick downb into first and push on the gas it hesitates and then goes. It will start in 2nd and 3rd with no problems like that. All the gears are there and drive and shift fine driving. But as long as it is in 1st there is that hesitation when starting. After it starts going it runs fine. It is not slipping, and the rpms arn't climing like it is slipping then. Does anyone have any Idea? We are calling Trans-go tomarrow to see what they say. We have called them once about this and told them that the car had the bigger soleniods in it and they said to change them back to stock because of the smaller hole. The pressure readings were around 100 in P and N. The rest hung around 75. Trans-go said that was ok. Any ideas? Thanks in advanced.
