I have been using Circle D Specialties for 5 years. This past week I had them restall my converter for my new engine. When I went to install the converter I noticed that the installed dimensions were a little off. So, after contacting Circle D, Chris sent a call tag for my converter, got it fixed same day and overnight freighted it back to me so that I would not miss my next race event. That my friends is called superior customer service.

Circle D has always had my highest recommendation and this just reinforces how awesome they are.

Great bunch of guys to work w/. Great communication ,etc. I picked up my 4k stall used for $100 bucks from a local guy, sent it off to Circle D for a cut and clean. Hard to beat that deal.

They're my only experience buying a torque converter but they certainly set a high bar with customer service. They actually want to sell their product and sell what works best for each person instead of just jumping the most expensive thing.

Even toured the factory. It's pretty cool.
