What fluid to use and where to get a cooler at

Time to do a trans service and what to know the best fluid to use, how much to get , where to get filter, the best cooler to get and where to get the cooler it is for a truck with 4l60 thanks

use Dexron III. I cant remember how much offhand. Best cooler would probably be a B+M supercooler though i have a perma-cool and it seems to be working well too. You can pick one up at any speed shop or through summit or jegs or soemthing.
