Default Fluid splash on VSS ?

4WD 4l60E application. I'm putting a reluctor wheel and VSS in a stock GM adapter housing between a 4L60E and an aftermarket transfer case ( Atlas ). The GM housing between the 4L60E and transfer case holds tranny fluid. It's supposed to.
I plan on installing a VSS high up in the housing. The fluid level should be at half shaft or below. I'm curious if anyone that's done anything similar had any problems with transmission fluid being on the reluctor wheel and VSS sensor due to fluid splash?

Haven't heard of it being an issue, have you checked over on pirate4x4?Lots of 4l60E transfer case adapters having VSS and reluctors added to them over there.
