Default Looking to get a TC...

I have a 5.3 with a s475 turbo going into a camaro wits a th400. I was looking at circle d 258 pro converter. Im just curious if there is any other budget friendly, reliable converters out there that I should take a look at. Or if circle d is the way to go. Mainly just looking for approval. Hard spending 800 bucks when you're not sure. Any suggestions would be great.

Anyone? Someone has to be up at 4am. I can't be the only one working 6pm-6am.

I hear great things about Circle D.... and the 258mm works great with turbos.

Budget friendly, reliable turbo converter LOL! That should be the Webster's definition for oxymoron. See above and spend the money. Cutting corners here will only lead to more money spent in the end.

Haha thanks Chris. It's settled then. I just needed reassurance.

My only torque converter purchase is from Circle D and I'd buy another from them if needed for a future vehicle.

I've never run any Circle D, but have heard good things about them. I typically would run a Yank in this application.

I ordered the circle d. I've also only heard good things. So I'll see how it goes I guess. I also thought about a yank.
