4l60e Problems
New to the ls1tech i just finished rebuilding it shift great nice and crisp but after about 5 mins it shifts to neutral cycle the key good to go for 5 more mins i have replaced the prnd pressure manifold and the solenoids (1/2,2/3,3/4) and the tcc with new harness also the ecm hooked a scaner to it and it shows the shifter to be in p/n no mater were it physically is
So how are the rubber seals around each port?
No gasket right? I pulled a core apart recently and found a gasket there, the only one I've ever seen. Should not have a gasket.
Rubber seals good, look at the wiring. Hook your scanner up with the switch unbolted and press each port to see if the scanner picks it up.

So it drives for 5 minutes then stops moving?
If you can, the next time it does this don't cycle the key just unplug the harness from the transmission, it should drive in third only. If it doesn't move you have an internal problem.
Maybe you could just unplug the harness first and drive for 5 minutes. If it still goes to neutral maybe do a pressure test. If the pressure doesn't change you need to disassemble the whole thing and start over. Disassemble it, air test everything, find the problem.

If it drive for 5 minutes then stops moving and the after setting a bit moved again for 5 minutes sounds like the filter is clogged perhaps if new the screen sucked up into the inlet, No electrical issue or sensor could account for no movement. Even a missing seal on the pressure manifold sensor could not stop both forward and rev movement and doubtful forward would be more like badly slipping from the leak and wound not drive 5 minutes then stop,
Also note you have 2 sources and reading for the manual positions the pressure sensor when the car is running and the prnd321 switch, Now if the car quits moving because you have lost pressure due to a restricted filter the you would have just the P/N reading from the pressure sensor during this time but it should be normal when the car is moving.
I think I would change the filter first and see what happens
