Default 4l60e need help ASAP thanks

Having trouble with my tranny . I'm driving around town and my partial lock up doesn't want to kick in and in every stop the truck takes a long time to move like if it was forced. when that happens my towing hual doesn't work either.. I have to turn off the truck to make it work again normally.. also when I step on it all the way it works good for like 5 sec and then it bogs down bad for 3-4 sec and then it works back. Idk if its slipping already. Tranny was rebuilt last year (4l60e) new shift solenoids with harness and tcc.

The first step is to scan for codes.
The 2nd step is to hook up a pressure gauge to see what the pressures are while driving, accelerating, etc.

Sounds like Limp mode as mention check for codes also if a high stall converter over 2500 rpm was installed some tuning may be needed to prevent false codes setting limp mode.
