PCM is not giving the transmission the command to shift into overdrive. Transmission shop he had his scanner hooked up when testing the transmission and the PCM only gave the command a couple times. When it I'm driving is has shifted yet. Any ideas. What does the PCM need to see for it to shift to OD?

 

At low pedal it should go into OD about 40MPH or high 30s.
What does the VSS output look like? Is your speedo
alive? Have you had part-throttle shiftpoint programming
that might have messed things around?
