Trans cooler
I am rolling with a hayden 11x11 plate style cooler with no cooling fans. I had it mounted in front of the condenser at an angle with some brackets that keep it about an inch in front of the condenser.. running a trans temp gauge in the pressure port and i have never seen over 180 degrees.. it took hot lapping at the track on a 70 degree day to hit that.. i also run a truck pan thatz 1 qt deeper for added fluid.. bypassed the factor cooler also.. sorry i dont have any part numbers..

B&M 70266 mounted where a/c condenser used to be. Spaced about 1/2 in. off radiator with no fan.
Bypass stock radiator cooler.
Street driving temps stay around 140-145 degrees.
Highest temp I have hit was 179 degrees on my tenth path on a road course

Same temps city driving with the hayden.. 140s.. it took 3 or 4 passes and waiting in line at the track to hit 180. Get the deeper pan also though.. you could get away with a smaller cooler with a 3200-3600 stall but go big with a 4k stall
I've got an unknown manufacturer 12x12 cooler mounted under the front bumper in the area where the airflow is directed up to the radiator. I've noticed that in cold weather (currently around 32F most nights) the transmission temperature never gets above 90F on the outlet of the cooler. Inlet is 140-150 F. Is the cooler cooling too much?
I have a Flex-a-lite 4120 mounted behind the fog light hole with no fan. I can put my hand on the cooler after hard runs ands cooler then the radiator hoses. I am guessing 140-150.
