Default poly torque arm bushing

What do I need to use to lube the inside before I stick it in?

Lots of complaints here about poly torque arm bushings causing excessive noise and vibration. Unless this is a track-only car, I would suggest installing the stock bushing instead.

I could rant and rave that the ads for Polyurethane bushing/parts imply they will improve everyone's car, when IMHO they are really track-only parts. Some forums have hundreds if not thousands of posts about how these parts cause unpleasant vibration and harshness. I have someinstalled, but only where needed for track use. I don't think that any of even the most track oriented Corvettes, BMWs, etc come from the factory with any poly bushings. Rant over.

Understood. Obviously this is not a "stock" car.
I mostly wanted to warn people that putting poly bushings into their stock daily drivers might cause regrets.
