Default BUDGET build question

Building an ls fox on the super cheap. Have specific goals for the car et and mph wise and trying to hit both under a fixed budget.

Removing ac from the car and still have a good condenser. I've read multiple times on truck pages or jeep pages about using the Condenser as a trans cooler. Does anyone on here have any experience trying that out?

As long as I remove any expansion valve orifice, and clean the hell out of the lines, is there any real reason I can't do this?

I don’t see why it wouldn’t work as long the flow isn’t restricted.
