I'm trying to diagnose a buddies 4L80E swap in his 2000 SS. It's a starting in 2nd gear. Should pin 22 or 23 have voltage at all key on or are they've just to ground? He is using the speartech harness. The pcm has a segment swap we believe to be good. Thanks

 

Looking at your case plug, there are 3 rows of pins-the middle row has just one pin, and it supplies +12 to the trans-some of the other pins get neg from the ECU to operate sols.
