Did a swap from 6l80 to 4l80, we'll have trouble at the track where it launches hard then falls off (pulls timing kills boost barely accelerates). Didn't have the laptop hooked up for data so we went in just to look for anything that might explain it. When going through the transmission. Section I noticed the gear ratio settings were for a 4l60 not the 80. Car does fine on the dyno and the street when doing a test hit, it only happens at the track. Can the gear ratios screw with the timing if something isn't reading the speed it's supposed to?
