Default Good forward pattern shifter

For those running a forward pattern turbo box what shifters are you using? I have a forward pattern auto th400 but want something with a solid gate action to avoid slapping neutral whilst racing.

Hurst quarter stick is popular. You have to squeeze a lever to shift. Not sure if it's 3rd only or 2nd & 3rd.
My first car had a Quick Silver ratchet shifter so the lever thing bugs me. Just hit the shifter either up or down to shift with the ratchet.
They are sensitive to cable adjustment. B&M makes them. I forget the name. They have fwd or rev gates and cable mounts based on how you order them.
Both have a reverse lockout lever that is separate. The Mega does not. It is based on the Star Shifter from the 80's.
Both are popular street shifters that have a conventional slide and a ratchet mode. They use a separate inline T handle for park and mode change.
