Default Any gurus on a 4l60e 2002

I have a 2002 4l60e that when at a stop you have to hold the car back. Now I've search the web and found the problem and solution site. No help . I thought it was my tcc locked up ,but I have raised the Idle ,because it would die when you put it in gear.I unplugged the electrical connector and the problems gone. Except the car starts in 3rd.. I shimmed the solenoid as much as I could . no help. The car is a 1994 f body. Engine and trans and brain are out of a 2002 suv 4x4 that the engine needed a rebuild but drove and trans was rebuilt ,according to the receipt.roughly 30,000 miles ago. I drove it all over before I bought it and pulled it out.Rebuilt engine and installed it as a stand alone . Seperate fuse block everything plugged in . The only thing I don't have is the rear o2 sensor. I paid a well known trans mechanic to change the tail shaft and housing to work in my f body . He doesn't work there anymore and I can't find him or I would ask him. It seems electrical but why is it reering it's ugly head now. I have all grounds connected I know both pink wires have power and I don't have any codes. Everyone says" bad tork converter." I don't think so because unplugged it works fine and when driving car on freeway I could feel the tc lock up when electrical was plugged in. before I shimmed it I haven't ran it down the freeway since I shimmed the solenoid. I h8te auto trans . It seems even when you build them with good parts they only work correctly for a short while I guess I will have to save for a good 5 speed I'm not a fan of 6 speeds when 5th is 1to1 if 4 was 1to1 I would be a big fan. Any help would be appriciated even a pin out to check if it has a broken wire or one touching another the harness looked extreamly good when I installed it and I removed it carefully and stored it safely. Also I don't have anything connwcted to c100 c152 and that 4 pin for the 4x4.

Sorry but I got a little confused, have you driven the car since you shimmed the TTC solenoid out of the pump?

I don’t think it is the torque converter is bad. It could be a defective solenoid, solenoid wire shorted to ground, or a defective pcm.
