Default Transmission problem? (loud screaming noise)

Hey

I'm gonna loose my mind soon and drive my truck of a cliff if I dont figure this out. The noise in the clip comes after 5-10 min from a cold start. I have changed brake shoes, wheel bearings, i took out the diff and pinion today and the bearings looked good imo.

I have even changed the transmission (it had bad gears too) but it didn't help. Can it be something in the tune that makes it go bananas or what could it be?

it's a 4L70e

Please help!

Hard to say but seem to happen when diff is unloaded and disappear when its loaded strange sound but I have heard diff whine like that when pinion depth was wrong under decel.
