Default mild rebuild - which 4l60e spacer

Hi all...undertaking a mild rebuild, i.e. new clutches/steels, bushings, seals, 'vette servo and a few Transgo valve body mod's (I'm going to post the full recipe on here in case I might be creating a mismatch of mod's or something!).

My question is which spacer plate should I install, in case the old one is damaged by the ***** or something? I plan on using Torlon *****.

Thanks for any direction!
