Default 3600 stall slow 2-3 shift

I built a 4l60e and everything seems fine except the 2-3 wot shift is slow. I have the shift commanded at 6500, but it shifts at about 7100. I want it shifting between 71-7200 so thats fine, but I didnt expect to command it so low. How long should this shift take and is there anything I should be concerned about? It shifts firm but just lags. I have the 2-3 drilled to .093 and using the Sonnax servo release check valve. FTI custom converter with about a 3600 stall.

I wouldn't worry, Hydraulics take time, The 3rd clutch circuit is pretty big. Did you try lowering the MPH when the WOT 2-3 shift is commanded?

I am using a Quick 4 controller and it only has mph as the qualifier for shifting. I was just using rpm as a reference from my hpt logs. Ill just let it be then.

mine always takes about 400ish RPM from commanded to actual shift. That varies (slower) with cold fluid.
