Default Trust Bearing failure in a BBC street car

Want to rule out if my TH400 was the cause of the trust bearing failure in my BBC. Checked line pressure and they are in spec. Is it still possible that the charge pressure is high even if line pressure is within spec?
How do I check charge pressure?

The transmission or you're converter actually being the cause of thrust bearing failure is way over exaggerated on internet forums.
Most of the time it's an engine issue.

Is this a fixed line pressure setup using a transbrake?
