Default 4l60e servo what if (possibly posted in the wrong spot)

Ok so what would happen if the servo pin were too long and the end of the pin (4th apply side) were making contact with the servo cover? Would it not have enough pressure to push the pin and apply 4th? 2nd works great. So does 3rd. Tore it back apart installed a different vb because i figured i instslled the 3-4 relay backwards but nope it was correct. This one has me stumpped, no od

Virtually Impossible the band would be locked down in that case, Things that will cause no OVERDRIVE . VENT HOLE ON CASE TO PAN RAIL BLOCKED WITH GASKET OR RTV, SERVO SEPARATOR "ring with hole in middle" installed upside down. Missing or damaged 4th gear seal. Pin to short especially if using the superior second servo with sonnax 4th servo servo washer can collide with separator causing no 4th , missing oring on servo separator ,
