4L60E low line pressure?

4L60E low line pressure? Hi folks...my 4l60e has a nibble of reverse...can 'feel' it engaging but not enough to move the truck (K1500 4x4 of '95 vintage). Other gears are fine, but the 1-2 upshift is sometimes delayed. Works fine, tho.
I checked the line pressure at idle yesterday and found:
Park - 53 psi
Reverse - 70 psi (rises to 105 psi at 2000 rpm).
Is this most likely a boost valve issue....I ordered the Sonnax LB1 yesterday.
I didn't have the equipment to do anything other than install the gauge and start the engine.
