What transmission cooler is the best for gto 4l60e with a 3000-3500 stall that drive the cars on the street using?

I have a Tru cool I think it's a H7B cooler with my 5k converter and the hottest it's been was 175 while following a school bus that kept stopping.
Once moving it would go back to the mid 140's to low 150's

Can this set up be run in a any vehicle with a 4l60e for better than OEM cooling purposes?

Yes, all of the setups will work on any vehicle. The only thing that might change is the fittings that go into the transmission.
