Default Launching question

Anyone know what would cause a a4 with a Yank ss 4000 to shift into second almost directly after the converter flashes? This only happens every 1 in 4 runs or so.. Once it goes into second it stays there, won't go into third by itself.. Usually cut 1.5 60fts but when this happens it cuts 1.7s? Please help. If I try to manually shift it into third on the return road it still doesn't go into a different fear.. Only if I put it into neutral first then it will shift again

Do you have HPTuners on some other way to log your pass? It would be very helpful if we could see if the shift was being commanded. You could check the TPS.

Still happening, got stuck in second again.. Unplugged and plugged back in tps and I had first but I'm hoping it's not a coincidence.. Also hoping it isn't limp home mode but I have no transmission codes so idk
