Default 4L80E over run clutch kit

I saw this from Sonnax, was curious about it. Is there any advantage to it if not using 4th in harsh conds.-not sure why someone would plow snow in OD.

If it wasn't so expensive I'd do it just as a safety net, driving along in D4 and you deck it for whatever reason it applies the overrun when it downshifts

A work truck, throw someone in it and they don't know. This kit would make it not matter.
