Default Stand alone 4L80E cooler requirements

I have a stage 3 Jake's Performance with a D3 transbrake and a 3500 stall converter. I do not have a radiator style cooler. I need to purchase a cooler to mount in front of the radiator. I have electric fans that are tuned through the LS1B ECU. What size of cooler should I run? This car is driven long distances on the highway, back and forth to work, and a drag strip pass or two. I installed a Hughes cast pan, not a deep pan, but it does have fins on it. I would like a thinner cooler vs a short thick one. I am going to install a heat exchanger later and I do not want to worry about not enough room.

What do you guys think will keep this transmission cool?

What the ideal transmission temp? If I could hold the temp on a hot day or cold day around 145-160. Would that be ideal? Is 145 to cold? I know that I do not want to exceed 180.
