Default Flexplate Gen3 6.0 4L60E?

Putting a Gen3 LQ9 550hp engine and a stage 6 RPM transmission in my Bel Air. Which Flexplate should I use? Flat? Dished? does it need a spacer?

Thanks,
Keith R

Doesn't it matter the year of the 6.0L ? I thought some of the early ones had an extended crank flange.

He stated LQ9 in the first post. No LQ9 were built with the extended crackshaft.

Hey guys,

I'm doing this same thing.

Just to clarify. With an LQ9 (2008 model) and 4l60e, no spacer is needed when using flex plate 399753 because the spacer comes in the kit or because it doesn't need the spacer?

1999-2000 had the extended crank..I JUST went through this on my engine swap 5.3 to a 1999 LQ4.
