Default Msd Atomic trans controller

Has anyone used one of these controllers? I usually use the Compushift one, but in a budget mood and a deal I got the MSD one. Simple enough to program, but I get error codes on the TPS. I checked everything, and its correct. I use a Holley HP to control the engine, and bridged the gnd ref and 0-5 volts from the Holley to the MSD. I get errors on the TPS span and circuit. I tried 2 diff TPS's, even tried using the TPS by hand, so I would get the low/high volts, nothing I do makes it work. What little tech I found pretty much mimics what the book says to try. Strange it defaults to not using the TPS on orig setup, maybe I don't need it?
Thanks

Found a couple rev wires in the harness, swapped them at the end, all sync now and ready to go.

Agreed! It's nice that guys are starting to come back and update threads with their solutions. It helps other guys down the road that find the thread via google.
