The chevy trailblazer and gmc envoy are basically the same. It's popular to use the higher stall speed 4.2 converter in place of a 300mm converter in a 98 to 02 f body and 99 and up truck 4L60E.
I recently put a 4.2 trailblazer converter in my 02 z28, that tells me that the input shafts are the same. The bellhousing should swap right out. Any other differences would be minor like the accumulator valve and separator plate hole sizes. So the input shaft and stator shafts are the same.

The straight six and LS use the same torque converter mounting and bolt up.

For future reference this is a 2004 Trailblazer/Envoy transmission. It's the same as an LS style except for the bellhousing, which can easily be swapped.
