Transmission code p1815 Hey Guys was wondering if anybody has gotten this code before doing an LS swap with a 5.3 and 4l60 Transmission into a 57 Chevy truck and I can’t seem to figure out the problem why it won’t shift .. I already have changed the shift solenoids and I still keep getting this code of po1815 along with po787 .. I would appreciate any help I could get to figure this problem out ... thanks in advance

You got a bunch of crap floating around in the fluid. Take the valve body off and clean it all out. change the PSM and wiring harness.
Assuming it has a PSM, not sure what year uses the P0787 code. I have calibrations from 99 to 07 and none has it in the DTC list.

Do you think that’s why it’s not shifting .. .. And I have already installed a new filter and oil .. it’s driving me crazy

It would help to know the year of the transmission and stuff.
I'll pass this on to the other forum members that might want to help. Not into pulling teeth. Your transmission might not have a PSM, depends on the year.
