T56 to 4l80e Swap. Only have 1-2 and Reverse Completed my T56 to a 4l80e swap this past weekend and have a problem I'm trying to fix. The car only has 1-2 and reverse. 1st and 2nd work very well up shifting/down shifting and reverse has a lot of pressure. I tried to drive in 2nd gear and command 3rd gear in HP Tuners and it showed I was in 3rd but it never shifted. I commanded 4th and the RPMs shot up like I put it in neutral. Below is the overview of what was installed/Completed.
2006 4l80e untested and installed a HD2 kit. Fluid was used but clean. New Filter.
HP Tuner 4l80e Segment Swap with Same OS.
Speartech Harness. Triple Checked all wiring and 12v key.
PTC Converter with 11 quarts of fluid. (Lokar Dipstick Suck)
No DTC's but I think I may have them turned off on the tune. (Need to double check).
I was going to replace the 2-3 shift solenoid as its easy to pull the pan while it's in the car and see if thats the issue.
Any help would be appreciated.
