Default Rebuilt 4l70e makes a whine

I bought a rebuilt 4l70e from a reputable vendor. It makes a whine when the torque converter is about to and after it locks up at highway speeds. Noise goes away when you let off the gas and comes back when you apply the gas at lockup speeds. I took the transmission apart and here looks like they forgot to tighten two bolts which fell out of the manifold pressure switch. I am thinking this switch should be replaced as it might be warped. It still makes the same noise after putting the bolts back in but seems to shift firmer. It is a higher level hp build with 2400 stall converter. I checked my torque converter to flexplate clearance, it was just under 3/16in with the bolts out. Trans cooler has good flow. Here is a link to a video https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=CYUMTPrrPm0&feature=youtu.be

Update, I took the manifold pressure switches assembly off and an o ring was missing. Hopefully a new one fixes the noise. It was for d2. I have the factory service manual which includes a flow diagram and looks like it could affect a lot of things.

Make sure the 3 bolts in line are long and the 2 bolts inline are short. If you have a long bolt in the wrong spot, if im not mistaken, will hit the reverse input drum

I watched sections of the rebuild video and you are right about watching bolt length. I don't think u can confuse the ones I took out, but there are like 3 different ones on the valve body and if confused it may lock a band or something he said.
