What speed/rpm is this happening at? What gear are you trying to shift from/to?

 

The lack of downshift happens at like 40MPH+, no matter if I'm at WOT it will just stay in 4th Gear and very slowly accelerate up the RPM band, except occasionally it DOES downshift in to 3rd or 2nd and screams, which is great, except sometimes it happens 5-6 seconds in to holding WOT and startles the **** out of me. I'm used to a 1 second delay from the computer changing tables or whatever and throttle by wire, but it's a good 6 seconds sometimes before it downshifts, and by then I'm already in the 70+MPH range so there's no point.

The quick upshift only happens at low throttle, but it's like it kicks in to 2nd at 12MPH and then 3rd almost IMMEDIATELY after at 20ish MPH, but then shifts in to 4th normally. If I apply a little more throttle from 1st, it seems to upshift normally.
