I'm rebuilding a 4L60E for my 2001 S10. I'm putting in a new harness (Rostra 350-0025) which has the anti-bleed TCC valve. The snout of the valve doesn't appear to have a filter screen in it and it doesn't have the notches where a screen would lock in. Is there a different type of screen for it? Is it supposed to have one in it?

No the aftermarket does not have nor require a screen .

I bought one of these Rostra harnesses not knowing. Kind of like the idea of a screen to diagnose / catch debris if something goes wrong. Curious why doesn't it use a screen? Is it integrated in the solenoid?
