It's a stock LT1

The borg high energy will be fine.
I've run 7 borgs up over 400 horse with no issues. No need to go with the raybestos

Yes i have the borg high energy, but only 6 of them, so I need to re-check the thickness and sort out what i need.

You are correct sir!!! No real need for GPZ frictions in a stock unit. Run what you bought. I just buy GPZ-100 frictions regularly because the B/W frictions had increased in price. They are $2.95 ea. and the GPZ are 3.00 ea. I also found I can save $6 a unit by ordering my frictions separately instead of in the banner kit. Banner kit with 6 GPZ 3-4 is $89. Separately w 7 GPZ 3-4 is only $83. At about 50 4L60E's a year I save...
