First, GM made a dramatic and electrically incompatible change to the 4L70E around 2009.

When I search for your older "TCM 24252955", it is listed for various 2011-2014 GM vehicles; i.e for transmissions after the 2009 change.
But when I search for your new "TCM 24238856", it is listed for 2008 GM vehicles, i.e. for transmissions before the 2009 change.

Therefore, IMHO, I think you have an incompatible TCM now.
I might be wrong here and will gladly defer to someone who knows these TCMs better; but that is my "guess".

 

Thatd what confusing me i cant confirm if this tcm is ok with with transmission or not . I have
1HDD THIS IS my transmisuin tag i cant figure out what trannt i have even with the tag number ???

 

I'm sure one of the pros here knows exactly what a 1HDD is, but given your vehicle and, it looks like a 2011 unit. (I.e. is is NOT a 2001 unit)

 

I have reinstalled the old tcm it works fine with iss but it does not read tft on dash and scanner unless i supply the tcm pin 30 with an extra ground wire . I will put another 4l60e tomorrow i hope it solves the problem .

 

I am going to get another 4l60e same year and model so i really do need a help here . I will get no warranty coz of the tcm issues i have can i use the 2008 tcm i have and write entire 2011 tcm data . Or do i have to get a 2011 tcm .

You really need to get a 2011 TCM; otherwise you may continue to have incompatibility problems which are hard to diagnose.
Sorry, I don't have the answer (or even understand) your "why its not reading the tft -40 unless i supply the pin 30 with ground" question, but perhaps someone else does.
