Default Small Leak - Replacing Main Connector Seal

After swapping to a 4L80E, I have a tiny drip coming from the base of the main trans connector (ie the round plug) on the driver side when the car sits overnight. It was a used trans I had to get rebuilt. During the swap when jacking it up, I originally did not clear the tunnel enough so the Speartech connector slightly bent down. No physical damage to the connector that I can see from the outside. The plastic tabs are all fine and everything is connected tight, no movement of the actual connectors. I believe there is some sort of seal (oring?) on the main connector and that is what is causing the tiny leak? If so, is replacement of the oring a matter of dropping the pan, depressing the tabs, pulling out the connector from inside the trans and replacing the seal?

I don't know about a 4L80E, but on a 4L60E you have to remove the Pressure Control Solenoid, and to get that out, you have to remove the dome-shaped 1-2 accumulator. So not trivial, but still very straight forward, just remember to re-assemble the 1-2 accumulator the same way.
Hopefully someone here will document the procedure on the 4L80E.

Thanks,

Oring replaced. Here is a photo of it and another one of the internal connector and the Speartech plug for anyone that is interested and searches this thread:
