Need someone to verify a 60e to 80e swap. The trans would be coming from a 99 Chevy can 3500. Its a later model in some respect as the coolant lines are spread apart horizontally and has the extra bolt hole on top of the bell housing. My truck is a 02 1500 60e. My concern is the speed sensor. From what I’ve found is the 80e has two spots to hook up and the 60e has one. I know this conversion has been done a million times I just want to make sure I’m choosing a fairly easy swap. The things I can think of that will have to be done are drive shaft shortened, different u-joint, cross member mod, segment swap and the wiring. I just don’t want the the wiring to become a big issue. Thanks

Did you even attempt to use the search function? LOTS of 80e swap threads. Some are even "how to's"
I know of 2 sites off the top of my head that give you a step by step on how to do the wiring changes needed.
This is not a hard swap...search first and come back with a specific problem.
