Default 4l60e slipping in first

Hey guys, I started having an issue with my 4l60e yesterday (after a 6.0 swap, so no surprises there) I dug around the forums a little bit but couldn't find much that matched my symptoms. Anyway I was stuck in traffic yesterday, and decided to have a little fun when I got free; I was rolling at about 8-10 mph and I believe I was still in first, I stomped on the gas and heard the rpms climb but I was barely moving, I could feel power making it to the wheels, but not enough to do anything significant. My question is does it sound like that's my transmission slipping, or possibly my torque converter going out? All the other gears work fine, so I'm not really thinking the TC, but I thought it was pretty rare for first gear to go out like that

What do you have for gears in the rear end differential?

The rear gears are 3.42 or very similar, I'm not exactly sure
