Rebuild trans question???
Do you know what billet parts look like. (ever notice how EVERYTHING made out of aluminum is "billet" these days? even if it's obviously cast) (not saying billet only applies to aluminum in this case)
There is NO WAY IN HELL I'm ever paying someone $5000 for billet whatever, that I'll never see, packed in an aluminum box. Not everyone has that kind of thinking though. Ever see an ad for something like "new in the box, custom billet aluminum steering wheel $600". And all the ad shows is a picture of a plain cardboard box. So it's clear, some people don't think it matters.
Does this all billet transmission come with a warranty? If not then thats a solid NO.
OR if you have $5000 you wouldn't mind throwing away, then go for it. Believe it or not there are dirtbags out there that will sell a $500 rebuild for $5000. It just has to look good on the outside. This applies to many things other than transmissions.
Vehicle/rpm/weight...if you want help, we can hep. But you're going to have to be a little less vague

It is not worth it past a certain point.
$5,000- $6,000 is just too much when an 80 series unit will handle more, last longer, and cost less for the same power level.
