Default 4l60 neutral safety plug removal

Hey guys, I have the neutral safety switch with one plug (not two)

i know you need to heat the plug with a heat gun to loosen up the glue

once its heated do i just pull the plug straight off or is there a plastic clip or something i need to pry up?

Cant see how it attaches and I dont wanna break anything. Could use a pointer with this one

PS i know you can just remove the switch assembly as a whole but i think you still need to remove the plug to get at the bolt behind it

Just to make sure...

Your Switch and electrical connector looks like these photos?

This type of electrical should have 2 locking mechanisms.
There should be one colored plastic lock (that is often missing) similar to the one in this photo:

The second lock is shown in the second photo; on the left side of the connector...
And it pulls out (like shown in the photo) after the colored lock is removed.
