Flex plate

What flex plate is everyone running ? I have a 6.2 stroker motor that will have some decent power compared to what I have now. I’m running the stock one now but just want to be safe and get some decent parts. Th400 to a ls. Thanks in advance!

TCI for power glide/ TH400 to LS, on one car, Jegs SFI cert for TH350-TH400 on the other, big difference in price and quality.
