Default second pureed band? 4l60e

Heyhey fellas my 4l60e pureéd two bands now can't figure out why , only change is new Corvette servo assembly . I used old apply pin ..was thinking pin too long and consistantly applying band ..wrong
Anyone have few ideas what'll cause this they can toss my way? ..greatly appreciated

Did you check the servo pin travel? Attached is Sonnax's instructions on how to check the travel.

Yeah, you need to measure the servo travel. With a small ruler next to the servo cover, press on it with a crow bar and estimate how much it moves. 1/16" is minimum, 3/16"+ is too much.
How long did the last band last? Does the trans shift OK?

I'm no transmission expert, but if I had to hazard a guess, I'd say that you either have too much band clearance, or there isn't enough pressure on it.
