Default 4l60e wiring problems

I have a 89 k5 blazer with 5.3 swap, I was originally running a 700r4 and I had the aftermarket harness built with no transmission plug. I recently built a 2006 4l60e and pinned it to the computer myself. The computer has a startup tune until the transmission was wired up and running. The pin that goes to E on the transmission plug has no power coming from the pcm, and the only gears I have is 2nd and 3rd and can only manually shift those. I ran another wire from the ignition to the transmission and got 12 volts to it. I put it in drive and it started in 1st gear but didn't want to shift out and it just acted stupid. I bought a new pigtail from ICT Billet to rewire everything but they are zero help with customer service with a pin out diagram for the proper placement in case I have a wire in the wrong pin. Any help at all would be appreciated
