Default 4l60e slipping while in lockup

Scenario: my transmission (4l60e) slips while it is supposed to be locked up I'll just give it gas and it revs to the moon, Doesn't matter if I'm just chilling at 45 or if I'm cruising at 80. Ive learned to let off at first sign of it and If I tap the brake (which obviously turns it off) it will "reset" and lock as I'm back on the gas and be good. Sometimes for the rest of the trip or sometimes 5 min it's really random. Sometimes it doesn't do it at all. Usually more often when it's hot.
It otherwise shifts fine, goes in every gear with no slip, converter locks and unlocks when told and drives just fine.

Things I've done: replaced torque converter with a 3600 stall
Changed filter, twice
All new fluid, twice
Changed valve body
Changed every solenoid except for tcc solenoid which has correct ohm reading
Changed everything in tune to turn off misfire and adjusted everything for the stall.

This did this with stock converter and stock ecu settings and now with current setup. My question is has anyone had this issue and if / or do you have a suggestion that hadn't been tried?
Could it still be the tcc solenoid? I've read somewhere where it could have a crack in the plastic and when it gets warm it loses pressure. Maybe idk?

Thanks for any help
Ps has 95000 miles

The TCC solenoid is certainly a thing to change if it leaks the orifice to it is very small and the valve might only partially stroke ,

I may as well try it and see if it helps, I've tried everything else.
