Default Built 4L60E trans fluid question???

I have recently had a 4L60 E replaced and during that process I had the Yank 3600 converter re stalled to a 4000 and had new clutches installed. My question is...should I use NAPA brand DEXRON/MERCRON III like I've always used or go with a synthetic equivalent? I will appreciate all comments.

Do you have a Trans-brake?
How often are you going to change the Filter and Fluid?

I don't have a trans-brake and I don't know how often I would change the trans fluid and filter.

Oreillys brand ATF and a little bottle of LubeGuard and you will be good.

Or the Napa brand but mix a little bottle of LubeGuard to the mix as well.

fluid amount matters 10x more than fluid type.

Get it properly full with virtually any fluid and it'll work fine

dex6 is my preferred for the 60e...brand doesn't really matter
Type F sucks
These vane pumps don't like hygaard or similar tractor fluids as much as th400 gear type pumps do. It'll work...but I like the thin viscosity better. Hygaard low vis is comparable to dex6
