4L60e Line pressure by gears
Little update
I somehow blew up my pump
Don't know why but it fractured in tiny pieces
It was 96 10V PWM pump with 13v slide - R.I.P.
I dont know what gap was between flex and TC before -with another reman TC I measured 7mm (0.275 inch)
I added shims between TC and flex to achieve ~ 4mm
Bought used 13v case and milled it (I have lathe at work) to 0.002 clearance
Assembled with 13v rotor and another 13v slide and new vanes
Not checked pressure yet -but it seems all Ok
Also deblocked 3-2 shifter (near 3-2 sol valve)
Now 2-3 shift not overlap but 3-2 shift much worse(with blocked 3-2 shifter it was perfect) -feels like tranny not quick enough and engine overrevs
If I will block 3-2 shifter again what will I do to prevent 2-3 overlap (2nd band dont release fast enough I think)
Now my band rel drilling is 0.110 (but I have 2nd sonnax superservo with more oil in it)

I decided to let "3-2 block" mode second chance cause I don't like 3-2 shifts harshness with my separator drillings
So I blocked again 3-2 valve and enlarged 2nd checkball hole (near 2nd feed) to 6.5mm(OEM was 5mm) and used 8mm checkball (OEM was 1/4 -6.35mm)
Seems it cured my "overlap" 2-3 shiftings (cause of superservo excessive amount of oil )

Seems that my old problem with vibration at 4th coming back (
Previously it broke torrington bearing under 1st planetary sun gear and worn out 3-4 clutch
My familiar a/t serviceman sad that it may be loosing bushing into second planetary sun gear
But I installed sonnax wide bushing into it
Any ideas why 4th may vibrate at partially throttle (with TCC on it vibrates more) ?
