Default Ls1 flexplate install

Flexplate to crank bolts are through hole and not blind. Should I put blue threadlocker on the bolts, rtv on the back of the bolt head, or what do you recommend?

RED threadlocker.

I used thread locker stick instead of liquid to make sure each bolt was well coated.
