Powerglide recommendations

Powerglide recommendations I'm looking to purchase a powerglide for my current build. I purchased a roller which was set up with a powerglide previously. The motor combo will be a 421" TSP LS with a S491. Not looking to go all out with the combo but chasing the 4 digit power number. The car will mostly be a track car with very little street driving.
I have narrowed down my choices to the following:
FTI level 5 Powerglide - $4k
ATI ProGlide Supercase - $4k
Anyone have experience with either or any recommendations? Any input is appreciated.

I've run an FTI TH400 and the ATI Proglide in the past, no issues with either one so I don't think you can go wrong with either company. Converters can make or break a glide setup and having had FTI and ATI converters in the past I had better luck with Coan, but many guys have luck with PTC.

stick to the big name players, don’t cheap out.
I like the 1.8 gear set up with straight cut gears.
get an aftermarket sfi case from the start.
