4l60E overdrive issues Hi,
The 4l60e I have cruises at 2600 rpm at 75 mph with 3.42 gears and 30.9" tires. It seems like this is the RPM's of 3rd gear, so I put my HP tuner on it and did a VCM scan while driving. the trans does go into 4th gear and tcc locks up but the rpm will read like it is in 3rd. If I floor the pedal to accelerate the current gear will drop to 3 in the scanner, but the RPM's will not change from where it was initially, once the speed reaches around 90 mph it will shift back into 4th and read around 2400 rpm which seems to be what it should be.
once I keep the pedal floored the 4th gear will read correct rpm's, but the moment I let of the pedal slightly to maintain speed at 90 or slow down a little bit, the RPM's will jump back up. In the case of 90mph it jumps from 2400 to 3200.
I would appreciate any help. I have the HP tuner log file attached below. Please start watching at 3:27 and tell me what you think is going on.

Yeah it was a very quick and easy fix. I would recommend you buy pliers for the spring retainer thing that holds it in place. If you watch a YouTube video on replacing one you will see what I mean.
